  10. Mindfulness: maintaining a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens. 

  11. Purpose: an abiding intention to achieve a long-term goal that is both personally meaningful and makes a positive mark on the world. Not a destination, but a journey and a practice.

  12. Social connection: the feeling that you belong to a group and generally feel close to other people.
