Common lab tests related to your treatment are included. Rare instances will require supplemental testing and incur additional cost.

Yes, you may cancel or pause your membership with a 30-day notice prior to your next bill date. Partial refunds will not be issued in the event of a cancellation in the middle of your billing cycle.
