Dosing is very individualized. Listed prices include dosing common for most patients. Higher doses incur additional cost.

Common lab tests related to your treatment are included. Rare instances will require supplemental testing and incur additional cost.

Yes, you may cancel or pause your membership with a 30-day notice prior to your next bill date. Partial refunds will not be issued in the event of a cancellation in the middle of your billing cycle.
